yes, yes, I know it's my fault
but I have been in the library for 11 days straight working on my dissertation
(my twitter can vouch for this!)
BUT
I finished my dissertation
and although I would love to say
I'M FREEEEEEE
I'm not :/
I have one MAHOOSIVE deadline on 19th April
so after that I will be able to say
I'M FREEEEEE
but until then
it's minimal blogging
and maximum graphicle concentration
during my research for my disso
(which is essentially about information design vs persuasive design)
I have come across some lovely pieces of design I would like to share with you

Adbusters are self named 'cultural jammers'
and like to speak their mind on high profile brands or people by creating spoofs of their media
I love their calvin klein spoof ads
they prove a point
using products will not make you look like a permanently photo-shopped model
I'M SORRY
it just wont
you are simply just buying into the lifestyle the brand is selling
and in this case, it's being attractive
